Quebcor building sells!
Calpaco Papers, Inc., has signed a letter of intent to purchase the 620,000-square-foot Quebcor building in Dresden, Tenn., for a warehousing and transloading facility.
The facility could be ready in three months and could create 100-250 jobs. Calpaco CEO, Paul Maier, says companies in China and Mexico offered sites, but he chose to keep his operations in America.
